We are currently looking for our Candidate for Young Ambassador for 2008/9 and have a few applicants in mind.
Our Club Handover Evening will be a dinner at Anstey's Lea Hotel on Tuesday 24th June.
2007/8 is our 25th anniversary year.
Activities :
WE are organising another Charity Golf Day, which will take place on Friday 5th September 2008. Tee-off times 10 to 12 am. Entry fee is £135 per team, which includes bacon bap plus coffee, Starter Pack, 18 Holes of Golf, Two course Evening Meal and Coffee.
18 Hole Stableford, all holes to count. 3/4 Handicap.

We will be collecting outside Sainsbury's Supermarket in June.
Some of our members will travel to visit our twin Club of St. Gilles Croix De Vie in France in May.
We will be actively involved in the Babbacombe Festival over 10 days in June and also in many Fairs and Fetes throughout the summer.
We are actively involved in the Message in a Bottle initiative, for which we have now spread out into Newton Abbot, the Lions Club of which has recently closed.
Our other Charitable activities have spread out there also.
We have a number of Charity race Evenings booked with a Torquay hotel throughout the summer.
